Reflexology
Reflexology works with the feet in slow, deliberate sequences — a treatment that's less about the feet and more about how the rest of you responds.
Reflexology Treatment
60 minutes$80

What to expect
You stay fully clothed, only your feet and legs are worked on. Sessions begin with a bubbly foot soak and then move through the whole foot, spending extra time on areas that feel tender or congested.
The response is often felt elsewhere: shoulders drop, breathing slows, jaw unclenches. It's a good choice when a full-body massage feels like too much, or when you want something grounding after a long stretch of stress. Reflexology is very grounding so if you're anxious and the thought of a full body massage seems overstimulating - reflexology may be for you.
Good for
- Feeling on edge or overstimulated
- Poor sleep and racing thoughts at night
- Cold feet and sluggish circulation
- Wanting to relax without a full-body treatment
