What to expect
Every session starts with a short conversation about where you're at: what's tight, what's been stressful, and how much pressure feels right. From there the treatment is adjusted as we go, so nothing has to be pushed through.
I offer two types of massage, relaxation and wellness. Relaxation offers light to medium pressure and focuses on calming the nervous system. Wellness massage offers deeper pressure and myofascial stretch techniques to help combat chronic pain or a particular issue you're battling.
Good for
- Built-up tension in the shoulders, neck and back
- Sleep that's been harder to come by lately
- Recovery from desk work, driving or training
- Feeling wired but tired most days
